Newport Coast

If you wish to live near the coast, look no further than Newport Coast. Often considered the Pacific Riviera, Newport coast is ideally located between Laguna Beach and Corona Del Mar. There is open spaces, golf courses, and close to a lot of shopping centers. Spend a day at Balboa Island or walk around at Fashion Island. When shopping at Fashion Island, don’t be surprised to see shoppers out with their pets. It is quite common to see dogs at the mall. Each year at Christmas time, there is the major attraction of the fabulous Boat Parade in Newport Beach. In addition, the Newport Coast area is close to the major highways that lead to Los Angeles and San Diego. Minutes away from the Orange County airport, this is one of the most sought after areas to live in and is home to about 3,000 residences. In addition there is a great school district and colleges up in Irvine. Irvine is nearby and is host to many Fortune 500 companies offices such as Ernest and Young, Irvine Company, Young & Rubicam, and more. Great for people who love the beach without having to live right on the coast. Visit the following links for more information about Newport Coast:
